AH! Let us finally approach the subject historically linked to prunes.
The prune would be the magic ingredient to remedy your transit problem.
So why? And is the prune really the miracle cure? For the record, in our region, we used to feed hot, semi-cooked prunes straight from the oven to facilitate transit.
At the time, it was an easily accessible natural remedy since all the farms had their own oven and plum trees.
It also contains a specific sugar, sorbitol, as well as certain phenolic compounds that contribute to the same action. The prune is especially among the foods richest in dietary fiber with
soluble fiber (composed mainly of pectin) and insoluble fiber (composed of cellulose). It is important for you to know that 8 prunes provide 25% of your daily fiber intake.
These fibers are known to help the transit-intestinal tract thanks to their ability to retain water in the intestines. This water is essential for your relief.
Don't wait any longer to throw yourself on these miracle fibers! Eat prunes, prunes and more prunes!
More seriously, by eating 4 to 6 prunes a day, you will no longer be worried about any intestinal problems.
Look no further!
If there is indeed a very effective product against the problems of transit, it is well the Juice of prunes. It will make you benefit from trace elements and vitamins C and E contained in the prune allowing to relieve the constipation by improving the intestinal movements.
The prune juice also helps in the maintenance and the repair of the bones, stimulates the immune system, avoids bloating and muscular cramps thanks to the potassium and allows the elimination of the bad cholesterol.

The second miracle product is prune pulp. As its name suggests, to produce it we only keep the pulp of the organic prune.
We remove the pits (obviously), the skin of the prune and we do NOT add sugar.
So we only keep the pulp of the prune cooked slowly to keep all its virtues which facilitate the transit.
Moreover, the fact that we do not add sugar allows diabetics to benefit from it. It is a product that we sell constantly throughout the year.

Vous avez mangé des pruneaux et cela ne vous a rien fait ? J’ai peut-être la solution.
You ate some prunes and it didn't do anything to you?
I may have the solution. Get some half-cooked prunes.
It's important to eat them half-cooked since they haven't been rehydrated and therefore have retained all their fiber and vitamins.
Then, heat 40 cl of water, then once the water boils, dip 5 prunes in it and turn off the fire. Let stand for 30 minutes, once the water is warm, remove the prunes.
You just have to eat them warm and drink the water afterwards. Make the preparation once in the morning and once in the evening before going to sleep. With that, no more worries!
A très bientôt.
