Conservation : All these prunes can be kept in the package for an average of 1 year (shelf life). Once opened, put the package in an airtight box and store it in the refrigerator, it can be preserved this way for 2 months. All the prunes that I offer are soft with no sugar or preservatives. A natural prune as good to eat as it is, while doing sports or to enhance your recipes.

My products are made on the farm in a laboratory that complies with current hygiene standards and is certified by Ecocert, and processed using the recipes of the family's great-grandmother.

In addition, all our organic Agen prunes have the appellation "mi-cuit" (half-cooked) and are certified IGP* "Pruneaux d'Agen" by Qualisud. This label certifies that they are prunes with no added sugar, preservatives or water.

The half-cooked organic Pruneau d'Agen certifies that it is a natural prune, directly put in a bag and pasteurized to preserve it naturally. It is therefore better in taste and provides more vitamins than a dry prune rehydrated with water (which represents 95% of the Agen prunes sold on the market).
